1. Quiet Hours:
Strict quiet hours are in place between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, seven days a week. During this time, no noise should be audible outside the property or in adjacent rooms.
2. Prohibited Noise at All Times:
The following are not permitted at any time of day:
Loud music or TV that can be heard beyond the confines of the property.
Shouting, raised voices, or group gatherings that disturb neighbours.
Use of speakers, karaoke machines, musical instruments, or subwoofers.
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind unless specifically pre-approved in writing.
3. Maximum Occupancy and Visitor Policy:
Only the individuals included in the original booking or tenancy agreement may occupy the property. Visitors are not permitted between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Unauthorised guests may be deemed trespassers.
4. Monitoring and Enforcement:
Noise monitoring devices and/or external CCTV may be used to ensure compliance. We reserve the right to attend the property at any time in response to complaints.
5. Breach and Consequences:
Any breach of this policy will result in:
An immediate warning via phone, message, or in-person attendance.
If not resolved within 15 minutes, immediate removal from the property without refund.
A minimum £250 penalty will be charged for any disturbance requiring investigation or intervention.
If neighbours report repeated disturbances, a police complaint may be filed, and legal proceedings may follow.
6. Acknowledgement:
By staying at or occupying this property, you confirm your agreement to comply fully with this Noise Policy. Non-compliance will be considered a material breach of contract.
We take this policy extremely seriously. There will be zero tolerance for any form of disruptive or antisocial behaviour.
